Vegan Pumpkin Smoothies

What’s the secret to making a non-dairy smoothie that tastes rich and creamy? Start with banana and soymilk for a smooth and creamy texture, then add your favorite flavorings. Here’s an easy pumpkin spice smoothie recipe that’s dairy-free.

Vegan Pumpkin Smoothies
1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin
1 cup soymilk or other non-dairy milk
1 medium banana
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla
1 cup ice cubes
Pure maple syrup or agave syrup

Add pumpkin, soymilk, banana, cinnamon and vanilla to blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Add ice; cover and blend until smooth. Taste for sweetness. Add maple or agave syrup if needed; cover and blend to combine.

    I would love to be able to share your yummy recipes to my Pinterest page, but it tells me there are no “pinnable” images or video on the page to use, so I can’t. :( Is there some way to make your graphics accessible for pinning?

    Hooray! Thanks, Jen! The recipe is now pinned. :) I have all this pureed pumpkin I froze from last year’s Halloween, and this looks like a fabulous way to utilize some of it.
